IT Engineer. Graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics. He has worked, among others, as a programmer in Prokom companies; he has been the head of programming at Lufthansa Systems and the head of sales and sales support team at IFS Poland and Vector, where he cooperated with domestic and foreign firms.

Mateusz Dampc

MBA graduate. Dealing with modern technologies for over 20 years now.
He gained his experience working in major IT companies. During his career, he has been responsible, among others, for the development of cooperation with companies such as: Telekomunikacja Polska, Polpharma, Vectra, UPC, Multimedia, Toya, ERGO Hestia, Citibank, and many others.

Recruitment team

Our recruiters have extensive knowledge in the area of production and sales of IT and new technologies. Thus, recruitment for specific projects is carried out in close cooperation with those teams that are directly responsible for the projects. The expertise of our recruiters also allows us to clearly convey the knowledge about such ventures and to precisely adjust them to the candidate’s requirements.

At each stage of job interviews, the candidates are informed about the status of the recruitment process and receive necessary information about the project together with the completion date. Each recruiter is also a professional advisor in the process of finding employment.
